Résumé:
This study analyzed the effectiveness of the principle of full protection of adolescents
in relation to the Federal Government's Young Apprentice program. Guaranteed by
the Federal Constitution and the Statute of Children and Adolescents, the Principle of
Integral Protection defends effective psychological, biological, and physical
development of adolescents through targeted especially for these policies. Existing
laws impose limits on such beings enter the labor market, not allowing its inclusion in
dangerous, unhealthy places, with painful spending and at night. Initially, there is a
historical sketch of the juvenile work worldwide and in Brazil, passing on the
legislative innovations related to the subject. Later brings the indenture and its
nuances in accordance with current legislation. Analyzes the Youth Apprenticeship
Program. It is verified that learning in Brazil is the best way of ensuring that the
adolescent will get a professional qualification and enhanced a good level to be
inserted in the labor market as it aims at safeguard them with all the rights
guaranteed developing as persons. Thus, this study was developed through an
exploratory and descriptive research, using the technical bibliographic, starting from
the logical method of inductive research.
