Abstract:
The economic order is based on the value of human labor and free enterprise,
ensuring a dignified existence and development of economic activities through
principles, as stated in the Federal Constitution 1988. Thus, it is understood that
entrepreneurship contributes to the socioeconomic advancement, stimulating
innovation. Besides ensuring the collective benefit, fighting the imbalance and social
inequalities, and are influenced by environmental, economic and social factors. Thus,
this research aims to describe the start of a discussion about entrepreneurship and
gathering data showing its promotion in human dignity. By using the inductive
method as a method of approach, and the evolutionary history as a method of
procedure. And as a research technique, the literature review is done by ensuring the
approach of the proposed theme. It appears that the social function of socioeconomic
development aligned to the company enables a new way of managing the business,
contributing to reducing informality of entrepreneurs as well as the improvement of
working conditions. In this sense, entrepreneurial activities become important for the
economy of a country, to promote efficiently the growth of various regions, through
policies of employment and income generation that seeks the balance of labor supply
in order to eliminate socioeconomic inequalities. Thus, entrepreneurship contributes
to economic and social development and growth, by ensuring their social role and
opportunities of millions of jobs.
