Abstract

This work has the largest initiative the study of administrative misconduct and its effects on society. Function is to analyze the relationship between the misconduct and Administrative Law of the Federal Constitution, to analyze the nature of the civil law as well as present the latest doctrinal positions on the subject. Also emphasize the effectiveness of the law of administrative misconduct and its social importance, focusing the relation of the legal efficacy as the gradation of sanctions. For the preparation of this monograph, multiple sources of knowledge were consulted. The research will bibliographic reference, ie, by means of secondary data, which consists of the discussion of the subject studied. The methodology used in this research consists in investigative method and descriptive, that is, we intend to use extensive research on teaching to get to the fundamentals that give the idea proposed by the foundation work.
