In current times, the bilateral nature of labor relations has given way to a phenomenon that has been widely disseminated by the administrators , which outsources activities , seen as non-essential , creating a new paradigm for teaching and labor law . The outsourcing of services is a way of easing labor laws and that if misused , can cause damage to the rights guaranteed to the worker . This monograph intends to adduce the principles involved in the Labour Law , in order to stress the importance of protecting workers and preventing inequality among workers . Jointly address the wage concept and how the Match as a regulator subject to possible deviations . It also has the purpose of exposing the evolution of the phenomenon of outsourcing services , and hers in Public Administration . And , mainly , with the salary equalization often demanded by outsourced workers from employer and policyholder services, this monograph deal about this kind of labor correction , seeking to highlight the Brazilian legal system possible disputes between the doctrine and case law and legislation existing today on the theme . Seeking social justice via insertion combating these practices and protecting workers, promoting substantive equality through pay equity , which serves as a preventive control to the Public Administration avoid the practice of illegal outsourcing .
