Basic for a bigger integration of the political activity with the society, the electoral publicity, of several forms, search to place in syntony candidates and voters, being controlled by the State, through standards so that they look to guarantee the respect to the legislative postulates. The electoral publicity treats in assuring the freedom of expression and the exercise of political rights of those citizens candidates for electives posts who seek to conquer the confidence of the voter through political speeches turned to propositions of ideologies and projects to be accomplished if they are elected. Nevertheless the freedom of necessary acting, the notion of equity must prevail in the use of the ways of publicity, should be punish abuses avoiding taint the electoral process. Countless advancements favored the normative expansion in terms of electoral publicity, meantime we see the necessity of guaranteeing the equality in the electoral-political plan, when violations are avoided so to guaranteed rights constitutionally, as well as evil handlings to the process of the elections. It is necessary to maintain the honesty in the elections, to be legitim representation of those who leave victorious at the end of the political-electoral battle. Was used in this work the inductive method as a method of approach. Also makes use of legal exegesis, and the research technique used indirect documentation.
