Resumo:
A kind of crime that is rarely discussed and what happens around the world with an
absurd frequency and a staggering growth, is the trafficking in organs, because it
yields very high profits, jogging billion per year in a market that is in the rise. The
trafficking of organs is without doubt an organized and difficult to solve due to its
complexity and lack of legal regulations that have not only in the homeland, but also
in foreign territory crime. It's a scary crime and international relevance. This criminal
offense hurts principles and assets legally protected by the Constitution, showing
how vulnerable is the Brazilian population with regard to organized crime. The human
dignity and physical integrity of the person, without a doubt are the property injured in
essence, the practice of this crime. This is due to the fact that nowadays the human
being became the subject of commodification, from being seen as a commodity and
as such has been awarded prices soaring in a black market for buying and selling
organs.The criminals globalization, a process that, while contributing to global growth
in several branches, also contributes to the growth of organized crime, given
erroneously take advantage of the advanced technology and all the globalized world
allows. The criminal type on the screen began to be analyzed not only from a legal
standpoint, but in several other branches, for example, Bioethics, and the Biolaw etc.
Because it is a crime that is on the rise among the many existing crimes, a more
attentive look by the competent authorities for this criminal offense is necessary for
reducing this crime worldwide is possible.
