Resumo:
The reader will find in this work some effects of outsourcing on labor conditions. The objective of the research is to analyze how outsourcing has reflected on working conditions from the point of view of relations with the borrower outsourced employee services company, regarding their wage equality. The method used in the research was deductive, as, general assumptions concerning the proceduralist homeland, backed on the Federal Constitution of 1988 ensured that the anti-discrimination labor law rules , in order to avoid wage differential treatment to those workers were used that meet the same work for the employer . Indeed, outsourcing represents a modern form of division of labor. Divided the business activities in similar activities and support activities. With outsourcing process is transferred to another execution of support activities, which directly impacts on working conditions. The research techniques used were mainly focused on indirect documentation, especially the literature. The research result showed that it is of great importance to clarify the issue of wage parity in outsourcing, since lack specific legislation relating to, causing differences in doctrine, jurisprudence and tried in the courts.
