Bullying is a moral and physical violence against workers, exposing them to humiliating situations and repetitive and prolonged during the entire period of the workday embarrassing. Characterized by attitudes, gestures and words that may hurt the honor and dignity of the worker, usually practiced by people of higher hierarchical levels, prevailing situations and negative behaviors, destabilizing the victim in their work environment, constituting angst and suffering, from the victim being harassed and belittled, causing practical and emotional losses, been jeopardizing your work and especially your health. This phenomenon has become very relevant today, despite being present for a long time in the history of labor relations, brought to Brazil the great projects of laws and combat information and protection to workers in general. It is important to consider that bullying not only harms the worker, but rather affects and disregards the principle of human dignity, endangering the personality and image of its human, affecting the whole society. In addition to reporting throughout the research relevance and importance of projects and creations of laws that protect the worker, still finding in the study, the application of case law and legal indemnification in pacifying the damage caused by harassment in employment relationships. In addition it is to appraise how the theme is reflected in society today, and how you can prevent and report all the facts that appear or present some kind of feature that may be typified as bullying in the workplace.
