Resumo:
The Mobile Emergency Care Service represents an important gateway for the SUS, as it
receives various emergency demands from the population and provides initial care to the
user's health. The nurse in this service has the following functions: to supervise and evaluate
the nursing actions of the team in Mobile Pre-Hospital Care; execute medical prescriptions
by telemedicine; provide nursing care of greater technical complexity to critically ill and
life-threatening patients. This research sought to investigate the perception of professional
nurses about the difficulties and their training to work in the Mobile Emergency Service.
The research is exploratory and descriptive with a qualitative approach, mediated by the
technique of thematic content analysis proposed by Bardin, which helped in the formation
of two categories: “Difficulties that impact the adequate performance of nursing at SAMU”,
“Training and academic training nurses to work in urgent and pre-hospital emergency care
”. The results showed difficulties related to communication with the regulation center,
shortage of inputs and personal protective equipment as factors that hinder the performance
of nurses, as well as the perception of training at the level of graduation and specialization,
based on the theory of so as not to provide security for the professional who graduated, free
courses being an option to complement the training.
