Resumo:
Is research aims to analyze whether there are differences in the profile of wealth distribution the Bank of Brazil SA and Bank Bradesco SA in the period from 2009 to 2012. We used the technique of literature and also the documents, data collection Statements of Value Added of the two banks in their respective sites. Regarding the type of research, this was characterized as descriptive and quantitative in the sense that the data collected were analyzed and interpreted to verify the existence of differences in wealth distribution profile of the two financial institutions. Data were collected from Value Added Statements published on the websites of Brazil's Bank Bradesco SA and SA in the period from 2009 to 2012, then was made to calculate the percentages corresponding to the distribution of value added of the two companies, through the use of spreadsheet software Excel. Later, using the techniques of vertical and horizontal analysis, data were obtained for the preparation of charts, which allowed the comparative analysis between the two research institutions. As a result, it was found that there is difference in wealth distribution profile of both banks and the largest percentage distribution were for: Government (Taxes and contributions); Remuneration in the form of equity and retained earnings as Personal wages.
