Resumen:
The right to accessibility for people with disabilities undertakes major impacts on society,
depending on your jurisdiction materialization of positive actions of the government, which in
this mainstay, discipline must combine legal and policy implementation, with the claim that
raising the precepts constitutional role of the Prosecutions Office, considering the profile
assumed with the Charter Policy 1988. Embarked on such assumptions, the present study
seeks to gauge initially the degree of commitment of the Government in the City of Cajazeiras
when the dealings of the right to accessibility from the perspective of local law, and especially
the role played by the Paraíba’s Prosecutions Office consolidation of the right reference in the
municipality concerned, pointing up, in consequence, the most noticeable failures of
administration in order to assess the practical reality panorama of the city from the impact of
the performance of the Prosecutions Office in the verification exercise of legislative and
administrative city. To achieve the objectives mentioned are used the deductive method of
approach, methods of historical procedure, and structuralist and monographic literature and
documentary research techniques. Throughout this study, with regard to local legislation that
affects the City of Cajazeiras rig, there is evidence in the Organic Law, the Master Plan, the
Planning and Works Code, the Code of postures, and even highlighted the existence of
Municipal Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. In sequence after analysis of
relevant local legislation, still headquartered in documentary research, identifies himself with
the Paraíba’s Prosecutions Office the existence of a Civil Inquiry, in process, and
recommended Ministerial aimed at safeguarding the right focus, it is possible assess treatment
expended by the City to citizens as well as the effectiveness or otherwise of the action of
Prosecutions Office, extracting the reflections pertaining to the right conference to citizens.
