Resumo:
The Moral harassment is misconduct that affects the self-esteem and work capacity of
the worker. As old as work itself, bullying is present in the private and public sectors,
especially in the judiciary due to intense abuse by magistrates. Thus, this study aims to
clarify and characterize the figure of bullying and point out possible solutions to minimize
this behavior, mainly in the organs of the judiciary, as well as highlight the perversity of
conduct of judges stalkers, showing also viable alternatives to problems mentioned.
Thus, for the construction of this research are used the deductive method, using the
technique of indirect research, using the doctrine, jurisprudence and articles available on
the World Wide Web, and the method of procedure, since research is outlined under the
historical and comparative. This time, it was found in this study a blatant disregard for
constitutional provisions and principles which advocate respect for human dignity.
Moreover, it presents itself as a need to establish a constitutional amendment that Coiba
bullying in judiciary, limit the power of judges regarding the topic at hand and punish
more harshly judges and other stalkers.
