Résumé:
The environmental issue has never been on the agenda in academic discussions,
raising concern about its preservation for present and future generations. In this
respect, it is reported the increasing interference in legal relations of mankind with
nature, emerging tools and alternatives to suit the guidelines on this good /
fundamental right, which is the environment. Thus, gaining space factors of
sustainable development, specifically with the creation of businesses and green jobs.
Regarding the latter, converging economic, social and legal tangent the theme of
environmental sustainability with labor relations in the development of humanity in its
multiple facets. Presents itself, then, the possibility of protecting the environment in
the face of job generation on a large scale, in the context of sustainable
development. Thus, we seek to define the definition of green jobs in the orbit of
economic sectors and social support in the harvest. Otherwise, it proposes to take
this issue to the plane of Environmental Law and the outlook for regulation in relation
to labor and dignity to the reality of the problems and possible solutions the demands
of economic development against the need for environmental protection. To do so,
we use the method of deductive approach, which examines cases of green jobs, and
with management of documentation procedure with indirect analysis of information in
documents and bibliography. In convergence, attaches itself to methods of study
procedure to the historicity of the Environmental Law, and of statistical data in the
factor of green jobs. Therefore, there is the relevance of this instrument in achieving
the goals of sustainable development and its effects on society, based on social
inclusion and combating poverty as a way of promoting environmental justice, as well
as adaptation to labor and economic relations.
