To construct the proposed model we chose an approach for measuring the level of green productivity based on the main contribution of the work of Kim and Hur (2003) organizations . This model was applied to a company in the packaging segment flexible located in Campina Grande- PB . To this end, we chose the method of case study , being necessary to collect data on primary and secondary sources. The application of the proposed model has shown that when it comes to measurement of green productivity , the company studied has an average level of green productivity , which is represented by point PV ( IA 6.0 , P 0.65 ) which is an existing combination between the level of organizational productivity and the level of impact generated by this . Within this perspective , it was found that it took the company to submit Alfaflex an average level of green productivity was mainly the fact that the same seeking to reduce / control their environmental impacts through actions of end-of - pipe as sale of scrap for recycling and treatment of waste paint , which increase the environmental cost of the company while this transfer to third parties the responsibility for waste generated .
