Produtividade verde: proposição de um modelo para mensuração.

Abstract

The Green Productivity is an environmental management tool that is an alternative response of industrial society's demand for environmentally friendly products and processes organizations. Thus, different sectors of the economy facing the manufacturing of products can be used the precepts of green productivity , which results in the necessity to measure green productivity in organizations . Given the above the present study aims to propose a model for measuring the level of green organizational productivity. To develop this work, a survey of exploratory , descriptive type was performed , with literature review . To construct the proposed model we chose an approach for measuring the level of green productivity based on the main contribution of the work of Kim and Hur (2003) organizations . This model was applied to a company in the packaging segment flexible located in Campina Grande- PB . To this end, we chose the method of case study , being necessary to collect data on primary and secondary sources. The application of the proposed model has shown that when it comes to measurement of green productivity , the company studied has an average level of green productivity , which is represented by point PV ( IA 6.0 , P 0.65 ) which is an existing combination between the level of organizational productivity and the level of impact generated by this . Within this perspective , it was found that it took the company to submit Alfaflex an average level of green productivity was mainly the fact that the same seeking to reduce / control their environmental impacts through actions of end-of - pipe as sale of scrap for recycling and treatment of waste paint , which increase the environmental cost of the company while this transfer to third parties the responsibility for waste generated .
