Resumo:
The present work has as object the approach of the public politics and the right to the
full job as middle of fomentation of the State of well to be social to the valorization of
the human work. It is made an analysis of the principle of the search of the full job
and the fundament of the valorization of the human work, both in the article 170 of
the Federal Constitution of 1988, inside of the capitalist system of production, as well
as of the constitutional effectiveness of the principle of the full job taken as
fundamental objective of the economical order and as the human being's
fundamental right. Moreover, it's evaluated the application of the precepts of the
principle of social justice at work. Prioritized, yet, the public policies of professional
qualification for the worker, and also the duty that the State has to ensure respect to
the principle of human dignity in labor relations. The debate then shows up as a
means to awaken in the society the interest for the social and economic question of
the country, since it's the direct addressed of social rights. For so much, we used
hypotheses and deductions about the implementation of public policies for the
promotion of social welfare and enhancement of human labor as a way to foment the
principle of human dignity of the worker. Despite the difficulties of implementing
policies qualification, these can be seen as a way of repelling the precarious work,
the high rate of unemployment and informal employment, and ultimately ensure the
fomenting of human dignity of the worker.
