Abstract

This Work Course Conclusion (TCC) covers the issue Weak joint Network Partner Assistance in meeting the group of conditionalities of the Bolsa Família Program (BFP). In this sense, makes an analysis of the group's particularity of conditionalities accompanied by the Reference Center staff for Social Assistance (CRAS) in the city of Aparecida,-PB and the weakness in the articulation of the social care network in the development of continuous actions for these families . This is a study of casode eminently qualitative, bringing the methodological procedure, the literature review and documental. A from the analyzes, it was found that the CRAS plays a key role in the articulation of the network, however lack the consideration of other teams which often omit before the experienced reality. In addition, due to the precariousness and privatization of public policies, the assistance has been carried out targeted manner, welfare and fragmented, which does not allow the viability of the rights of the population and the changing reality of GMP user families.
