Abstract

The related research is to examine the factors related to treatment discontinuation users in Psychosocial Care Center Walter Sarmento de Sá in the city of Sousa -PB by identifying the circumstances that lead to ad CAPS , passing this way to hear about the main difficulties experienced they levied on the withdrawal of treatment, seek further identify the motivation and expectations of users in CAPS ad . Given that the use of psychoactive substances is still very present today factor, affecting not only the people who use, from the focus on society as a whole . We conducted a survey of bibliographical character, addressing about the process of psychiatric reform. The methodology used was a qualitative exploratory research, followed by an empirical field research, where data were collected through a questionnaire containing semi- structured questions , applied to the four users interviewed in CAPS ad . This work takes as its foundation the logoterapêutica approach Viktor Frankl. It follows that the family structure is presented as the main factor that makes most users abandon the treatment.
