Abstract

This Working End of Course (CBT) is the problem of intensification of precarious employment in social assistance policy in times of crisis of capital and against reform of the Brazilian State. In face of reality, objective itself to analyze the Social Workers conditions and work relations that act in Social Assistance of 9 municipal districts that compose Sousa Metropolitan Region in Paraiba. This is a field study, literature review, exploratory case and collecting data, held up above all the application interviews with social workers to identify, among other issues, ways of joining the institution, wages and working hours. Such analysis happens about a critical-dialetic view, once it allows a totality analysis of social reality in its movement of contradictions.
