Abstract

This research is a study about the role of social workers in the management of Assistance Policy , as the same is subject to clientelistic practices , therefore, it is necessary to identify the profile of social workers in managing , analyzing their practice and the challenges faced by the assistance Policy , the same was consolidated as public policy with the 1988 Constitution presenting a major advance for the assistance , this ensured that the specific actions of benevolent character were replaced by legal guarantees in the logic of law, upon approval Invalidity of PNAS and the ITS emerges as an innovative system for policy and constituting a large workspace for Social Care Workers .
