Abstract

This work entitled "The difficulties in service networks in the Support Center for Family Health (NASF) and Family Health Strategies (ESF): a conception of the limits and possibilities of the practice of Social Workers in the municipality of Sousa / PB" aims to analyze the limits of the joint actions of the ESF with the NASF program , verifying the challenges that social workers are the NASF in the execution of their shares in connection with the FHS teams . However, attempts to understand where these bodies are articulated in relation to the implementation of their actions and where they are confined, causing difficulties in social workers for the implementation of their actions. Discuss health policy making a historical period of democratization of the State until the present day with regard to health. The research was exploratory, field and qualitative nature, had as instruments to collect empirical data with semi - structured questions was accomplished with three social service professionals who work in the Health Department of the city of Sousa -PB more precisely in the NASF program and three nurses ESF, in which social workers cover through their actions. But also from the observation in the course of our experience in the Supervised Internship I and II. Through the collection of data can be considered that the issue concerned about the difficulty of articulating the attention networks of services between NASF and FHS is proved from obtaining the information collected through the interviewees can view the network failures attention that is established between the professionals of these programs, leading to difficulties in achieving an effective articulation of networks of care services between NASF and ESF.
