Work Completion of course presented here, sought to analyze the effectiveness of
the National Humanization Policy (PNH) at the Regional Hospital of Sousa / PB:
Some analysis. So is an explanation of the historicity of the health policy of the
1930s, emphasizing the construction of the Unified Health System (SUS), and the
ramifications that such a policy has been suffering in contemporary times, on the
context of precariousness of Brazilian public policy, face the wave of dismantling the
neoliberal state. In this context of precariousness, it is launched the National
Humanization Policy, which appears as an initiative of development of offers of the
practices of the health care services of Brazilian citizens, in order to devise new ways
to operationalize the Brazilian health policy, which had as a crucial milestone in the
Federal Constitution of 1988. the implementation of the HNP in various spaces
occupational partner is different, because it is related to a number of factors, such as
knowledge of the policy, beyond the understanding of the importance and need for
this improving the quality of service provided at the / the user / the institution.
However, despite the relevance of the theme, it is evident that not always /
professional identify the contributions that it can come to bring, nor are interested in
seeking to understand it. These aspects were highlighted from the development of
our research. Thus, the HNP is evidenced as a challenge that deserves to be broken,
so as to place, given that in practice its precepts that only tend to contribute to the
professionals, managers and users of public health services.
