Resumo:
This Work Completion of course is to analyze the challenges paa effectiveness of
inclusive education approach at the Federal University of Campina Grande - Campus
Cajazeiras and Sousa - anchored by the education debate in the context of the capitalist
system development and the rise of neoliberal ideas , analyzing the prospect of
inclusion in the comprehensive sense identifying the processes of educational exclusion
through a race cut / ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, people with disabilities and
those living in poverty, we support the dialectical critical reference to the It allows
unravel the universe of possibilities and alternatives of educational practice in class
society. The research was coordinated by the qualitative and quantitative approach,
bibliographic nature and field, while present search results from the analysis of
instruments: questionnaires and interviews conducted with academic users Student
Assistance Policy, priority the University Residence Program, which therefore
combines the University Restaurant Program UFCG, which constitutes an important
policy of access to university. It was found in research that has yet incipient to meet the
most immediate demands of students users of this policy, not fully guaranteeing the
permanence of these students, especially making the cut mentioned understanding that
these subjects are historically placed on the sidelines of the Brazilian educational
system. As we identify the UFCG not configured as an inclusive institution, it plays in
their daily social exclusion and materialize practices still too incipient to ensure the
permanence of these students.
