Résumé:
This Work Course Conclusion (TCC) is to analyze the particularity of any
benefits in the cities of Marizópolis, Nazarezinho, Santa Cruz and San
Francisco, cities of Paraiba backlands showing the design size and regulation of
these benefits. The SUAS driven LOAS print legal and political developments
regarding the configuration of the Service as a social right. But there are some
challenges are still experienced by social assistance policy, especially in the
field of possible benefits. These benefits were advances regarding their legal
recognition and the guidelines for its regulation in the municipalities as
Resolution nº 39/2010, but as challenges, these benefits have historically been
operationalized as clientelistic practices and the bias of favor. This work was
due to the critical dialectical perspective, accomplished through theoretical
research, desk research and empirical research, this was done through
questionnaires with objective and subjective questions, presented to social
workers and managers of the Social Assistance Policy of the municipalities
surveyed. The main findings of the research was to identify that most of the
municipalities surveyed still have no regulation of any benefits, there is still a
restricted design or wrong than are possible benefits.
