This study aims to analyze the working dynamics of outsourced employees of the
Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG) by category work study within the
neoliberal flexibility. Outsourcing, trilateral relationship exists in our country since the
1990s guaranteed by Precedent 331, but less than one year were proposed
significant changes in this Brazilian legislation, especially through the Bill 4.330 /
2004, which culminated in the Project House bill 30/2015. We will begin our study to
understand what is configured work through its implications in social life, both in its
ontological sense, and in particular assumed within capitalist society; Also we
propose us to reveal the meaning of outsourcing call a market logic of the labor force
as a way of abstracting benefits via the instrumentality of the work done by the
working class; So that we can reveal the precariousness of daily working conditions
of outsourced employees UFCG in the context of contrarreformas public university.
For this purpose, the methodology used was the research of documentary nature,
literature, as well as field through the application profile questionnaires and semi structured interviews, such as contract workers and union representatives of the
technical and administrative institution. At the end of the study we realize that
outsourcing is a process that exploits and oppresses secretes sneaked the worker.
Existing also in public areas, indicates that the State does not and restrain, as it
should do, the harm to the rights of workers. Even the forms of claims are constantly
weakened when union movements are misrepresented their first context and merely
contributory unionism comes into existence.
