Abstract:
The Environmental Agenda in Public Administration A3P, a program released by the Ministry
of the Environment is used to generate a sustainable culture within public institutions, the
present paper presents this much debated topic today, responsible development and
responsible consumption, within the theme of Environmental Agenda in Public
Administration. With the purpose of raising employees' awareness and the rational use of
natural resources, such as water, energy and rational consumption of paper, disposable cups.
The Center for Legal and Social Sciences of the Federal University of Campina Grande -
UFCG developed and implemented the A3P on campus in March 2016 with these premises
and then the following question arose: What is the impact on the management of CCJS with
the implementation of Agenda In Public Administration (A3P)? Thus, the present work has as
main objective to analyze the perception of the servers about the A3P and the real impact of
the implementation and execution of the A3P in the CCJS Campus. In this way, the
consumption of water, energy, paper reams and disposable cups was verified and analyzed
during the year 2015, 2016 (year of program implementation) and 2017 to raise the real
impacts caused on campus. In the questionnaire applied to the servers was evaluated the
profile and perceptions of the server on the Environmental Public Administration Agenda,
A3P. In addition to applying a Check List questionnaire with the Campus manager. The
results obtained were positive for the institution, and some recommendations were addressed.
An action plan was also drawn up to suggest Campus Management to solve problems related
to sustenability.
