Responsabilidade socioambiental no exercício da atividade do Secretário Executivo: delineando um perfil profissional.

Abstract

This research project aims to carry out an investigation on the responsibility socioenvironment in the exercise of the activity of the Executive Secretary, as a civil servant, outlining their professional profile through their conduct and practices in the environment organizational, regarding the relevant sustainability theme, whose importance has been recognized and the subject of increasing discussions in society, globally. THE The objective of the study is to analyze whether professionals from the Executive Secretariat of Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG) develop their activities in order to promote social and environmental awareness and awareness within the scope of its capacity. For this, exploratory, descriptive and bibliographic research will be used as methodological ballast. As a proposed method, the Action Research method was defined, whose procedures originate from real and flexible social needs based on collective contribution and participation. The research instruments to be used will be defined as the specific objectives are being put into practice, because in a first it becomes necessary to map, quantify and know the profile of each of the sample, as well as their reality within the institution and sector where they develop their work activities.
