Abstract:
This study entitled ―The violence of capital: the destruction of labor rights and workers at the center of the SARSCoV2 pandemic,‖ seeks to understand the political and economic determinations of Labor Reform under the particularities of
training Brazilian social context, analyzing the historical, economic, political and social context of the consolidation of the State, bourgeois society and capitalism, aiming at investigating the effects of the productive restructuring of capital in the world of work, basing the impacts of the ―reform‖ in the context of flexibilization of labor rights in the year 2019. Necessarily opting for the dialectical materialist method,
this work will use bibliographic research through books and documents (articles) based on Marxist theory, which will contribute and assist in the approximation with
the object, starting from the conceptions about the social relations of production,
work relations and life in society, pointing out the attack and constant to social rights, I finally understand the strong worsening of the living conditions of the working class
amidst the scenario of a strong pandemic crisis.
