Abstract:
The theme developed in this monographic work aims to identify what is the juristic repercussions in the patrimonial scope of the Stable Union and Qualified Dating, as well as to demonstrate the existing characteristics and differences capable of identifying each institute. Thus, starting from a reasoned and grounded theory, we tried to understand the theme by starting with a brief historical explanation about the family and the legislative evolution over time about the concept of family entity and the new context of affective relationships. The definitions and configuring requ irements of the Stable Union and Qualified Dating were pointed out, in order to distinguish them, since the incorrect identification may cause losses to one of the parties to the litigation due to the patrimonial effects generated by the Stable Union, which does not occur in Qualified Dating. In view of this, it will be used in the referenced work as a bibliographic research technique, also using the historical method. Besides that, the approach technic applied was the Deductible Method, starting from broader formulations so that it can focus on the subject discussed.
