Abstract:
This project methodology involved in the installation and implantation of a
tannery with the capacity to treat 400 hides a day, located in Campina Grande city.
Consolidates the several stages of tanning process and bovines hides completion,
knowing and suggesting technics involved in this process, like lay-out, flow chart,
chemical and physical operations and due controls, as well as, cost estimation and
study of coefficients. Therefore, all demonstrations done in this work have the
purpose to measure the productive process nature and the tannery physical
executions and the preoccupation care with the enviroment at the implantation of one
tretment station of effluent.
