Relações interorganizacionais no setor industrial de confecções da região metropolitana de Campina Grande-PB: um estudo exploratório.

Abstract

The research had the objective to identify the nature and intensity of the interorganizational relationships found in the fabric industries in the metropolitan área of Campina Grande. It is considered that the adoption of partnership and associated practices among the companies offers a contribution to the conquest of competitive advantages. The interviews the were applied at the companies lead to the conclusion that, in the analysead sector, the lack of relationships inspired in the principles of a network intensifies the low competitiveness situation, despite the fact that the unawareness about the subject weakens the vision of positive perspectives.
