Abstract

The economic and productive dynamism of the Suape Port Industrial Complex, oxygenated more intensely with the great financial investments of the PAC in the second half of the 2000s, produced profound transformations in the region. The field of work in its inherent transformations when demanding qualified labor "intended" with a territorial space historically structured in agricultural, livestock and artisanal fishing activities. The female participation in the naval industry also reflects the order of changes, placing it in the industrial productive space, which puts us to the reflection from the sociology of work in its gender perspective. The theoretical and methodological treatment in the apprehension of the object has in the qualitative aspect an indispensable analysis bias, and which aims, to a large extent, to build a basis for reflection from the answers that the object itself brings, where its movement produces the sociological design in which it is inserted. The complexity of the object requires an approach compatible with its plurality, which brought it closer to the theoretical and methodological tool of intersectionality, used to analyze the conjunction of elements that structurally invest in women in various forms of violence beyond gender, especially the issue racial, but also sexuality, origin. Research also based on the components that integrate the social relations of sex. Challenges that are launched to study the occupational trajectory of women workers of the naval industry in the Industrial and Port Complex of Suape, investigating under the problematic of the access to the productive space with the social autonomy and the transformations in the fields of subjectivities and occupational identities. Question that also turns on: have the old sexual divisions of work and precariousness been reproduced around the social relations of sex? Periodicity from 2008 to 2017.
