Abstract

This paper describes the steps for preparation of a draft Rural Distribution Network Power, presenting techniques and processes involved for the execution and delivery of the works featured in the “Luz Para Todos” Program in Piaui State, providing an efficient method for closure of the enterprise, indicating a new way to design a way to ensure success.
