Résumé:
In this study aimed to diagnose the negative environmental impacts generated by a
bakery agroindustry in Pombal - PB. The methodology adopted was based on field
visits, bibliographical research, photographic records, use of satellite images and
application of environmental impact assessment methods: Ad Hoc, Check Lists and
Interaction Matrix, which were used in the identification and classification of
environmental impacts, of which the significant were selected and classified.
Subsequently, environmental control measures and environmental plans and
programs were proposed. According to the results, a total of 48 environmental
impacts were identified, of which 22 were considered very significant, 17 significant
and 9 no significant. It was verified that the activities that presented the most
significant environmental impacts were: general cleaning, transportation and furnace
activity. Environmental control measures and environmental plans and/or programs
were proposed. Among the environmental control measures proposed, have been
cited: treat industrial effluents and install filters in the chimney. The main
environmental plans and/or programs indicated were: Environmental Education
Program and Effluent Management Program. It is hoped that this study will contribute
to the implementation of an Environmental Management System in the baking
industry.
