Résumé:
In this work, converters are studied using semi-controlled rectifiers, i.e., are used legs with
controlled switches (eg, IGBTs) and legs with non-controlled switches (eg, diodes) in order
to reduce converter cost. Were studied configurations single-phase AC-DC-AC with threelegs
using legs with two or three levels, converters single-phase with three-leg for threewire
system, converters three-phase based on three single-phase three-leg, converters used in
wind energy conversion systems using permanent magnet machine, and configurations singlephase
to three-phase. For each topology, there are: (i) system model; (ii) PWM strategy;
(iii) control strategy; (iv) Performance analysis of configurations according to the criteria of
harmonic distortion and conduction losses and switching in semiconductors. Also are shown
simulation and experimental results.
