Abstract:
This report presents the design and development of design ground grid to be applied
in the protection of a medium voltage substation (69/13, 8 kV) at the industrial Polo
Petrobras located in the city of Guamaré-RN, which meets the standards in Brazil
Petrobras and existing standards, ensuring a satisfactory safety equipment and people
who have contact with it. The equipment and software used in the measurements and
analysis of the measures were the terrômetro and software Microsoft Excel 2010. For
stratification of soil and ground resistance measurement methods were used and the
Wenner method Megger respectively. With these materials and methods is obtained and
analyzed field data, which enable the development and implementation of ground grid
as setting specifications for soil and configuration of the substation.
With the results of measurements performed in the mesh fitting is implemented
within the expected values, it is concluded that the calculations were done well and
meet all criteria established for the project, and that no obstacles as to derail the study.
