Resumo:
The human body is monitored 24 hours by the circadian cycle. This responds
changes in the body where several other cycle as the cycle sleep / wakefulness
responsible for keeping people awake in (agreed) during the day and at
night. Some changes in working hours, can interfere with normal operation of l|his
study aimed to analyze the organic changes in individuals who perform ni;
compromise the sleep in the city of Aurora - Ceara. This is a cross-sectiohal
qualitative and quantitative approach. It was used as a tool for collecting
structured questionnaire applied directly to research subjects or via web-
respondents, 53% are male and 47% female with mean age was 32.2 years, ranging
63 years. Regarding marital status, 18 (50%) are married and 18 (50%) are
respondents had dizziness, headache 58% and 11% nightmares. As interpersonal
67% considered good, 33% classified as regular. For qualitative research it
some patients reported that the next day after a night in which sleep later observed
minor discomfort is capable of causing irritation, however, when sleep in normal
