Abstract:
This study aimed to analyze the influence of motivation and self-efficacy on the creative
desempenho of professionals who work with the home office model. From the analyzes, it
was obtained the acceptance of the three hypotheses worked, confirming that the creative selfefficacy has a positive influence on the intrinsic motivation of the employee inserted in the
home office model, reaffirming the evidence of the studies of Bandura (1986) and Gu et al
(2015). It was observed that creative self-efficacy is positively related to the creative
desempenho of the employee inserted in the home office model, confirming the studies by
Choi (2004) and Gong et al (2009). Finally, a positive relationship was found between
intrinsic motivation and the creative desempenho of the employee inserted in the home office
model, confirming the studies by Amabile (1996) and Mallik et al (2015) that showed that
intrinsic motivation has a significant influence on creativity process. A quantitative approach
was used, conducting data collection from the Web, applying a six-point Likert scale survey,
ranging from 1 to 6 (strongly disagree to totally agree) to measure the perception of
individuals adept at the work style Home Office in relation to creative self-efficacy, intrinsic
motivation and creative desempenho.
