Desenvolvimento de um sistema de recuperação de energia eletromagnética.

Abstract

In this report, it’s a studied about a circuit capable of harversting for a low power signal wave designed to the frequency of 2.45GHz. The study consist in the creation of a retangular antenna for this frequency, a filter to eliminate the harmonics created in the diode, a rectifier circuit and a impedance match circuit. It was created one kind topology of this circuit simulated in ADS(Advanced Design System). The results of the simulation are discussed and for last some sugestion about future works.
