Resumen:
Output dynamic performance of radiometers based on thermoresistive sensors at
Constant Temperature Difference (CTD) was studied on this work. Simulations of
output dynamic voltage (for analog voltage architectures) and duty cycle (for pulsed
voltage output architectures) according to radiation, environmental temperature and T
were developed. All these expressions were simulated by using Matlab for PTC and
NTC sensors. The analog output voltage circuits have better sensitivity at T = 7 for
solar radiation at 1500 W/m2. The circuits using NTC sensors are more insensible to
environmental temperature variations. Furthermore, increasing solar radiation level,
environmental temperature variations have less influence on dynamic output
performance.
