Résumé:
The effective manufacture of digital integrated circuits depends on the manufacturing
technology used to produce them and the establishment of a systematic sequence of
prefabrication steps, commonly referred to as design flow of integrated circuit. In this
work, the development of a design flow for digital integrated circuits using the FD-SOI
28nm technology is proposed. The layout of a set of FIR filters was produced, beginning
on the hardware description in VHDL up to the final stages of the proposed design flow,
for the validation purposes. Subsequently, the layout of an open source microprocessor
was created using the same design flow. Finally, some forms of IP cores integration to
the target IC is presented.
