Acolhimento e vínculo no trabalho de enfermagem na estratégia de saúde da família.

Abstract

The acceptance is inside a model of strategic care for the humanization of the attention in this new conception of health that intends the Unique Healthcare System (SUS), trying to give an appropriate answer to the user and strengthening his/her autonomy. The established entail between professionals and users of a healthcare service enlarges the effectiveness of the actions of health and favors the participation of it during the service. This paper had as objectives to investigate as the acceptance and the existence of the entail between the nursing team and the community is taken place, starting from the nursing attendance in Family Healthcare Units (USF) in the city of Cajazeiras - PB. The study type was descriptive, exploratory with qualitative approach, accomplished in the period of November and December of the current year. The sample was constituted by fourteen nurses of Family Healthcare Units in the city of Cajazeiras - PB. The data were collected through a semi- structured interview guide composed by objective and subjective questions limited to the proposed objectives, being them analyzed by the Collective Subject's Speech. The results demonstrate that the acceptance and entail process is not used in an including way in Family Healthcare Units, because the nurses have a vision that the acceptance and entail happen in the form of receiving the user, to make him/her feel well and to establish a trust and solidary relationship between professionals and users. However it is noticed that more than that is necessary, because it is required the creation of entail, of the responsibility, and of the concept incorporation of amplified clinic.
