Résumé:
This work aims to study the state of art of photovoltaic cells, ie, the most
advanced stage of the production technology of photovoltaic cells. Throughout this
development, a brief historical introduction of Photovoltaic Cells will be presented,
extending the characterization of photovoltaic effect and the influence of solar radiation
in its operation, thus reaching the new technologies of photovoltaic cells, such as cells
sensitized by dyes and Cells organic, where the emphasis will be on the state of the art
solar cells with heterojunction between carbon and silicon, specifically in nano cells
carbon tubes and their current optical designs and technologies used, as well as its
prospects and its influence in the setting of photovoltaic technology.
