Abstract:
One of focus areas of the industry is the Internet of Things. As some applications
in this field need to know their elements localizations, the IEEE 802.15.4a standard was
created to give a response to this demand. This standard enables to use UWB signals,
which can give distances measures with 10 cm of precision. In this work was
implemented an anticollision system following the IEEE 802.15.4a standard. The system
was developed with the IC DW1000 of DECAWAVE. Moreover, it was done some tests
with the IC and a study about the indoor localization field.
