Abstract:
The present work is motivated by the problem of the implementation of preventive
maintenance optimization policies and reliability studies in equipment, there is no
subsystem for the activation of the wagon doors of the subway system. All equipment is
subject to maintenance, ie repairable equipment which, after failure, can be recovered and
resumed from its primary functions. An adequate maintenance plan ensures that the
equipment operates at a risk of controlled failure, as well as reducing costly costs with
inadequate maintenance policies. Therefore, one objective of this work was a reliability
of the equipment, as well as identifying the best time to perform preventive maintenance
actions in three equipments, electric motor, pantograph and spindle.The purpose of this
work is to evaluate the reliability of all objects of study, as well as to define a maintenance
policy and maintenance. In addition, it was possible to establish an average control for
the preventive maintenance actions, which constitute an offer of at least 2.7 times in
relation to the corrective, or a selection between performing a maintenance without time
design and simply letting the equipment, With the values obtained, it was possible to
justify the use of the proposed methodology.
