Projeto para implementação de uma estação terrena de rastreio de pico e nanossatélites do tipo “CubeSat”.

Abstract

Many of the universities of the world, incluing Brazilian ones, are advancing in space- oriented research, particular in the area of CubeSats and the implementation of Earth Stations. The Federal University of Campina Grande need to follow the other institutions, and the ideia of design and implement a Satellite Tracking Station (ERS) to initially trace CubeSats, using radio amateur equipaments. The necessary setup is already available on the radio amateur station PR7DEE of the Radio Propagation Laboratory (LARP). Some of the steps to implementing an ERS were studied and developed during this Course Completion Work and reported in this document. One of the steps was to implement a antenna and it was done, the other steps should be completed in future works.
