Resumo:
This paper looks forward to model an AC/DC electric converter non isolated in
order to compose a course conclusion paper.
The converter to be modeled must be able to work properly under direct electrical
network supply, either with a transformer or transformerless. A literature review of the
concepts utilized on the addressed circuits will be presented. The modeling will be made
by showing functional circuits that accomplish the required activities of the converter
arrangement. The choice of the topologies will be made by presentation and the needs
required by the converter, which will be then simulated on computer software and
experimentaly assembled in a laboratory in order to verify the differences between the
controlled and uncontrolled operation modes. The converter will be modeled by join the
mentioned circuits such that their combination result in the right operation according to
the project requirements. The results of the simulations and the measurements acquired
during the assembly will be shown at the end of the paper.
