Estudo de implantação da gestão e eficiência energética na indústria têxtil: métodos aplicados para eficiência energética.

Abstract

Regarding electricity, it is perceived that over the years, not only the generating sources are more scarce, but also the search for alternative energies coming from the large consuming centers did not evolve as expected, which results in the need of crucial measures to conserve that energy. In this referred report, important points are mentioned to be considered in the management area, as well as effects and possible solutions to the problems encountered. At first, a theoretical background is made, which includes a brief study on the analysis of the stages belonging to energy efficiency as well as the formation of the current textile industry. At the end of this final work for the undergraduation, related methods are presented for energy efficiency within the textile industry, as: power factor correction, periodical engine maintenance, methods directed to climatization, monitoring by GPRS mobile internet, replacement of alternating current induction motors and continued by permanent magnet, installation of vibration sensors and management in the use of lighting.
