Resumo:
Inductive potential transformers are essential equipment in transmission
systems and electrical energy distribution, that’s why diagnostics, testing and
maintenance are of great interest to companies in this engineering field. The designation
of curves such as the study of the relationship between two input alternate signals with
frequency variation is represented in graphs, defining the input and output amplitude
functions and the angular displacement highlighting the relationship between the
amplitudes and the phase difference between the signals of the object in question. In this
report it is presented the methodology of frequency response tests applied to inductive
potential transformers, where we excited the object under test with several frequencies to
realize how this object behaves within a range of interest. However, there still is a lack of
specific standardization in terms of the methodology for conducting the frequency
response test or the interpretation of test results.
