Résumé:
Data acquisition systems have been increasingly intensively applied at many
industries, these systems provide a series of social, economic and safety benefits on the
industrial environment. Analytics can be incorporated to the process allowing
significantly improvements.
This work presents the development of supervision system for a Shell-to-Tube
heat exchange plant in which information is obtained from six sensors and through
modification of the parameters of 4 actuators. In combining sensors and actuators it is
possible to develop a series of control loops. In this system 7 control loops were
implemented; therefore, it is possible to monitor and act on these control loops and in the
plant operation without any active control loop.
For the SCADA development it was selected the software Elipse E3 due to its
credibility on the market, being used by many important companies such as Sadia, WEG
and Mercedes-Benz. The software also is certified by the OPC Foundation.
Communication protocol used at the plant, together with devices that operate with
WirelessHART technology.
